US Orders
If you live in the United States (the 50 states and DC), there are two easy ways you can order Posit Science products:

• Online: Visit our web order page at www.PositScience.com/buy to place your order online using a credit card.
• Phone: Call us toll-free at 1-866-599-6463 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Pacific Time, to place your order by phone with a credit card or to pay by check.

International Orders
If you live outside of the United States, please call +1-415-373-5685 Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Pacific Time, to order.

Payment Methods
Posit Science accepts the following methods of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, or money order.

If you are paying by personal check or money order, we must receive your payment within ten days of the day you placed your order or your order will be cancelled. All check orders are subject to a seven-day hold after receipt of payment. Please be sure to write your order number on your check or money order.

Sales Tax
As required by law, Posit Science charges sales tax (8.75%) on any order shipping to a California address. Sales tax applies to products as well as to shipping and handling charges.

US Shipping
Posit Science uses FedEx to ship most orders within the United States. You may choose:

• Expedited shipping – $19.95 for delivery in three to four business days
• Standard shipping – $9.95 for delivery in four to ten business days

After your order is shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email. To track your shipment, please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339) or visit www.FedEx.com.

Posit Science does not ship to P.O. Boxes when "Priority (1-3 business days)" is selected for the shipping option.

International Shipping
Posit Science uses FedEx International Priority to ship most international orders. We use FedEx International Priority because it provides accurate package tracking and handles all customs brokerage and fees (although it does not include customs duties and taxes – see below). You may choose:

• Priority international shipping for the Brain Fitness Program Classic – $42.00 for delivery in three to nine business days
• Priority international shipping for Cortex with InSight – $37.00 for delivery in three to nine business days

After your order is shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number via email. To track your shipment, please visit www.FedEx.com.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any applicable customs duties or taxes imposed by foreign governments (e.g., VAT, GST, HST etc.) on Posit Science products are additional and will be payable by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Money-Back Guarantee
Posit Science offers a 90-day, risk-free, money-back guarantee on all of our software products. If you are unsatisfied with our software for any reason, you may return the product within 90 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. If your product is defective, please contact us by phone or email within 90 days from the date of purchase to obtain a replacement part or program at no charge. Products for which a rebate request has been submitted and processed are not eligible for a refund. To ensure prompt and proper processing of your return or replacement, please follow the instructions below for Returns.

Defective Product
If your product is defective, please send us an email or call 1-800-514-3975 within 90 days from the date of purchase to obtain a replacement part or program at no charge.

Returns
If you would like to return a program to Posit Science for refund or replacement, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Posit Science can not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

To obtain an RMA number, please contact Customer Delight or call 1-800-514-3975 (inside the US) or +1-415-321-7645 (outside the US). When contacting us about your return, it will be helpful if you can provide the original order number located in the upper right corner of the packing slip and beginning with “POS” followed by 7 to 9 digits.

When preparing the software product for return, please be sure to pack it securely, display the RMA number prominently on the shipping label of the box containing the returned product, and include a note with your name, address, phone number, and RMA number inside the box. Send all returned products with the RMA number, shipping charges pre-paid, to:

We recommend that all returns be sent by traceable delivery method (e.g., recognized courier service, insured US Mail).

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the credit card originally used to place the order or, in the event of payment by check or money order, by check sent via US Mail. Your refund will be based on the price you paid for the product being returned, less shipping and handling charges. Returns that are received with a proper RMA number at the return address above are normally processed and refunded within 10 business days of receipt. Returns that do not follow these procedures will take longer to process.
